I've been tested..and..
I passed! The last couple of days have been the first times I've really been tested since this lifestyle change. Yesterday it was my family having and eating valentines candy. I had a really tough moment but I evaluated the situation and made good choices. I had worked out hard and became extremely physically hungry to the point I could've massively eaten carbs. I looked at my log and noticed I was low on fat and calories. I grabbed some peanut butter and some almonds and felt great!
today I was at a training with muffins, candies and pizza. I learned from you all and brought my food with. I ate more calories than I usually do in the morning-to make sure I felt satisfied-but still within my plan.
Yay!!!!
