So I had my appointment with my surgeon yesterday. I need to lose 10lbs and we can look at dates for the surgey. He also told me that he uses a 36F their practice has choose not to go any smaller than for many different reason. He also explained it doesnt slow the weight loss process down as long as I follow the program.  So I am on protein drinks/bars 4 times daily and lean and green for dinner.  Hopefully my 10lbs comes off before the next appt on 2/28 so I can start scheduling :)

A goal to aim for now

My surgeon uses a 38 and has less problems than when he went smaller. So I'm happy with that. It is still tiny!

Just so you know..... the difference between 36F and 38F is just fractions of millimeters.....
