I am now 8 mths out and over 90 lbs down. I am back to the weight I was in High School and couldn't feel better. I eat and excersise in moderation. I am living again. I am thankful for having gone down this path. I do notice I am a bit hungrier now but then I have my few bites of protein and that quickly subsides.

It works if you work it so WORK IT!!!
