So proud of myself
First of all I'm only 2 1/2 weeks out from surgery. Well I'm a bad way I've been a slacker getting all my food intake put in my fitness pal because I got a new phone. So today I entered in what I had yesterday and I am already having 60 grams of protein. I've seen some posts say they struggle to get all their protein so I was afraid it would happen to me but it's not. For those of you who struggle you can do it just keep trying!!!!!!
Breakfast
half scoop of unjury vanilla protein powder with 1/2 cup skim milk
snack
same as above
Lunch
imetoblic cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup
snack
same as breakfast and my first snack
Dinner same as lunch
snack
schwans sugar free fudge ice cream pop
I don't get bored with meals easily so doing the same thing all day doesn't bother me, sometimes I will change protein drink flavored but it still has the same amount of protein and I will also change soups but it's still the same protein as well. And occasionally for extra protein I will have chicken broth with some added unflavored unjury protein powder!
Oh and sometimes I can only have between 1/4 to 1/2 cup it really just depends but I never go over 1/2 EVER!
