How long should it take to eat 1 egg ( or what you can eat of it ) during soft food post op stage ??????

I find it more how long can you make it last before it gets too cold and disgusting to eat lol. I would try a bite, put the fork down and chew. If it goes down okay try another bite. Really take your time. The 'amount' of time will come naturally.
