Water Ph
I've never been much of a water drinker except when I'd go hiking, then I drank a load of it. Since the surgery, I've been having problems finding things to drink. I don't like much of anything I liked before, and have been getting really frustrated. When I was at Whole Foods this past weekend, I bought several different kinds of bottled water to see if there were any I liked, and I found the high Ph ones to be quite tasty...smooth and almost sweet. I'm hooked. I didn't bring any water to work today, and just got a bottle out of the machine. Yuck. If you can afford it, I'd recommend trying some of the specialty high Ph bottled waters out there. They make a huge difference for me.

I am going to have to try those. I have seen them but never bought one. I like Fiji because it goes down smooth verses the "normal" waters. My dietician stated that for those "normal" type water to add a PINCH of salt to make the water a little softer.
I bought some Nectar Ice Tea with Lemon protein powder supplement. It is like a water enhancer and it has helped a WHOLE LOT to ge****er AND protein in.

All the water enhancers taste awful to me, and I don't take any protein supplements anymore since too much protein intake was causing me kidney problems. I had to cut my protein intake by half. Certainly has changed what I eat and drink!
