Taking the easy way out...
I love my sleeve, I truly do! But the thing that is the hardest for me I have not had a problem tolerating any foods, so again my food choices are left solely on me. Whereas with gastric bypass and the lap band. ... you cannot tolerated this and that. Dont let anyone tell you that you are taking the easy way out because it is all mental. It is up to you to make the right decisions!
Amen and a word for everyone....there is NO easy way out with ANY WLS. I can pretty much tolerate anything also and I am a RNY patient of 8 yrs. It is ALL ABOUT CHOICES ...no matter what surgery. I do dump on things so don't get me wrong but the farther out you are...the less affects you have from sugar...etc. Have a blessed Thanksgiving.
