I didn't see this posted yet today so I'll go ahead and start...not sure where Jenn is! She must be off having tons of fun in the CA sun!
I'm home sick today with horrible sinus pressure and vertigo. BLAH! And I just heard that I didn't get this job I really wanted...soooo yea today blows haha
B\L: feta, spinach, and tomato omelet from the diner (had it delivered)
S: half an english muffin with some PB
D: I got beef stew going in the crock since I feel crappy.
S: probably an ice pop

I blew it yesterday but was back on track today!

S: 1/4 c freeze dried edamame and protein hot chocolate-not together
D: 2.5 oz flank steak and about 1/4 c stir fry veggies
S: hoping to skip but if I need (want!) it will be turkey pepperoni crisps
vits: all done
water: goal hit and still drinking
exercise: 60 mins recumbent bike
breakfast - salmon
lunch - chicken and roasted zucchini
Dinner - more salmon
vitamins - done
water - 4 out of 6 - always a struggle
