Monday is surgery day for me!!

On Monday, August 26, 2013, at 10:15AM I will begin the start of a new life. I'm so excited to start my journey and be on the losers bench. I have been on this pre-op liquid diet now for 15 days. I started a week early to maximum my loss before surgery. It has been rough, but I told myself if I can do this for 17 days I know I will be successful after surgery. I haven't cheated once and so far I lost a total of 13 pounds!! I'm sure as the weekend flies by I will begin to start feeling scared!! I would like to thank all my fellow OH friends for all there postings. I learned a lot from all of you!!

Good luck and good wishes! Just remember to get up and walk as much as you can after surgery. The first few days will suck, but they will go by fast!

You are going to do great, you already are. If you can survive the pre-op diet then you can handle post -op.

wow! thats very impressive, a week early! Nice! i just join but I`m very happy for others and the success! i just started the whole processes with trying to get my insurance to except it. I hope to have a surgery date by the new year or Feb. 2014. Good Luck! And i hope you have a speedy recovery along with nice nurses!
