4 weeks post op today!! and 30 lbs down!!
This is so exciting. It feels like it has been a long 4 weeks though!! Im looking forward to the next 4 weeks now of course! I finally found a protein drink I like, Syntrax Matrix Strawberry Cream. And vitamins I can get down. Im seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!! I appreciate this forum very much. It did help me through some rough times!

im 1 day ahead of you but haven't weighted myself in over 1 week , I was down 16.5 lb at my post op check up 2 weeks ago
so I think im also doing great, Im trying to get most of my protein from food now that I can eat all foods But most days I need 1 shake < i even fit in 3 oz of orange chicken last night ,I fit it into my plan and needed to add a little fat to my diet
this sleeve is great 3-4 oz of food and im full for hours , the only problem is needing to drink all day but I can live with that
Light Weight!! LOL You are doing great also. Im still trying to get my protein from shakes but its hard I dont like the taste of most of it! I guess Ive had so much over the past 5 weeks Im just tired of them but I need to get over it!! I havent tried anything like orange chicken yet. Sounds good though. This sleeve is awesome!!
