Have you ever eaten so much in one sitting that you feel awful (think Thanksgiving perhaps)?  Or just uncomfortably full?  You can easily get that way with the sleeve; the idea is that you pay close attention to your feeling of fullness, and stop when you're satisfied - NOT when you get so full you're uncomfortable.  It's all about paying attention to your body - the sleeve is a great tool, but you need to use it for it to be successful.

for "ME" it means, I plan to eat 4 ounces of XXXX for my meal and thats all I eat...even if my stomach has more room or if my mind says Im still hungry...

I usually wait 30 minutes, drink a bottle of water & reaccess that hunger... if its there I eat something low cal like fresh veggies...3 or 4 baby carrot sticks usually does the trick
