Beginning photo 340 lbs. Current at 240 lbs. - Gawd I was fat

It's almost embarrassing to see a before photo. The first photo is at 340 lbs. The second is two weeks ago and three months post-op, down to 240 lbs. It's amazing how good you can feel and not even be to goal yet. I can't wait to get to 190.

800 calories and less than 20 net carbs is the shizzle
