Turkey pepperoni? great idea! How do you prepare it?

I put 17 slices (1 serving) on a paper towel in the microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes. I like them crunchy, if you want a little chewy then do less. I usually make them before I leave for work and put in a plastic bag but don't close it until they are cooled off. They make for a crispy salty snack. I think it is 9 grams of protein, 4 grams of fat and 70 calories.
