I lost a bowling ball!

I am a pre-op and started my journey March 15....as of yesterday I had lost about 18 pounds.....my husband was cleaning out the garage and found his old bowling ball which weights 16 pounds and dropped it in my hands....holy crap! That is heavy.....puts thing in perspective....

Nice work.  You'll be glad you put the effort into pre-op once you are sleeved!  I was.

Just wait until you've lost 2 1/2 bags of dog food!  It's no wonder I used to be tired all the time!
