What does your workout consist of? I am almost 3 yrs post op and can not establish the best workout that will tighten the "loose skin" that is not so loose but not tight.

Does your diet reflect your workout?

I just took advantage of a groupon and hired a trainer. I am preop, but he is developing workouts that match places where I fear I will be flabby - arms, abs, and legs.

I'd agree - if you have the money, hire a personal trainer or coach.  Makes a tremendous difference to have a well designed program PLUS accountability.  Plus if you're spending the money you take it more seriously.

My workout is 10 thousand steps of walking per day,  at least 15 minutes of "very active" time (trampoline, jogging, high incline treadmill etc),  and weight lifting 2 days per week with a personal trainer.    The goal would be to do weight lifting 3 days per week but I haven't managed to make that a habit yet.

I agree about the personal trainer. I have had one for 7 months and it's worth every penny. I figured I'm worth it!!! We meet twice a week and then he provides me a plan of items to do the other days when we don't meet. Its very comprehensive.
