3 month update

I am not sure if I did it right, but here goes. Thanks for all of your posts, you have been a great support. When I'm not sure what to do or if something is not normal, you all put me at ease. I have had to use my head more than my sleeve, I have poor restriction. One thing you all have taught me is to under eat my sleeve and that the sleeve is just a tool to help with weight loss.I am so happy I have VSG. I hope to continue to lose more.
