Fitness can be FUN! My gym did a 80's workout on Monday just for the fun of it!
I have my second Triathlon this weekend and its a tough one! wish me luck!!!!! Fast approaching one year out and fast approaching my goal of 225 pounds!!!!

EXERCISE - make that your new addiction! My simple rules are:
Never drink anything with calories unless its a protein shake.
I planned my meals as much as possible even if I was going out to eat.
I exercise everyday from 6 weeks out of surgery. (some days are more intense, some days are just a walk).
I found things outside of weight loss to train for. Races mostly, this has kept me in the gym and motivated.
When you stall, take a look at what you are eating and how you have been exercising - make changes to both and dont beat yourself up over it! ( much harder to do than say!!!!)
