Sleeved- bring on my future!

I had my surgery Thursday and it went very well- it was a good experience overall! No pain beyond day 1 and haven't needed pain or nausea meds since. I kept your words of advice in my mind when I thought of what to do..."just sip sip sip and walk walk walk" this is the best advice ever! I'm trying my best to get all 64 oz in per day and 81 Protein, I'm 5'11. I'm so glad to have benefitted from this community of knowledge and support beforehand, it made all the difference knowing what to expect! Now, bring on the future! I'm happy and ready to go!

I'm happy for you as well. I jus had my surgery this morning and everything went great. The gas in the stomach is no joke but im getting pass tha. I was so nervous in the beginning, all the way up until being prepped I thought about saying never mind but this website, encouraging YouTube videos and most importantly God gave me the confidence to go on. Gingerbread1 we are n our way to a longer, happier and healthier life.
