Day one update

Pain upon waking up. Manageable. Sipping water hurt some in my stomach. Some gas but walked about six laps around the floor and that plus GasX and it hasn't been that big a deal.

One lesson. Bring Cepachol (?). The sore throat from the intibatiin would be so much better with a little topical spray.

More laps this morning and feeling pretty good. Hope to go home today.

I was walking around the floor too. That gas is the worst part. Congratulations!

Walk, walk walk. Sip, sip, sip. Rest, rest, rest. Repeat.

And use your spirometer thingy - that breathing thing they give you. I didn't use mine enough the first few days and I got a low fever. Started using it 10 times every 10 minutes per my doctor and the fever went away.
