Anyone else use them? I've tried a couple different ones, tonight I'm having the Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick'n.

17gms of protein in only 2.5oz. It's a good meat alternative.

Figured I would throw this out there for other Vegetarians on their WLS journey.

I haven't tried them, but I'll be looking for meat alternatives after my surgery, too.  Sounds good!

I used to be a vegetarian so sometimes I find myself wandering around the frozen meat alternatives. I got their Chik'n Scallopini at Whole Foods and it was very good. I actually found it's texture and density to be very similar to real chicken and I was stuffed on a couple ounces.

Yup. That's my experience also. The texture is a lot more "meat-like" than others and I am very satisfied on 2oz.

they wouldn't fit on my plan since they have wheat products in the breading plus several different starch veg flours plus several forms of sugar. I am totally sensitive to all that and I do eat meat so I really have no need for substitutes.

I am a equal opportunity eater. I eat meat, but have liked many meat alternatives as well. I wouldn't mind trying those buffalo wings! It's not sold anywhere around me though.
