I just went and did curves circut training a couple days ago and the scale just keeps going up? I haven't had it go up yet and now it is, is this normal?

Mine also does that - a pound or half a pound after especially weight training. Then it goes down by more a few days later. Don't worry.. I am pretty sure it is all mathematical and will in the end lead you to goal. Just keep following plan and keep working out.

The muscles retain a little water as they repair. The gym does that to me, too. No worries, keep moving!!
