This is a great visual and it really opened my eyes when I was researching VSG because there were issues that I had that I didn't relate to being overweight. I just assumed I had issues. I actually have this visual saved for my transformation video that I am doing when I surprise my family

Those are pretty specific statistics to follow a statement as vague as "when you lose fat..." Whatever source you got this from - did it happen to specify what it meant by "when you lost fat"? 20 pounds? 15% of body weight? 70% of EWL? 100% EWL? I'd love to know.

Thanks for sharing - it is amazing how completely different life is after getting a lot of excess weight off. :)
