Weird Request!!!
To those of you who have already been sleeved; could you please post some photos of what your average plate of food looks like? I'd just like to get my mind adjusted to the change that is coming my way. Visualization helps! I don't think it will discourage me. Maybe a few before/after photos might help along with the food pics! ;-)
This is 2.5 oz of Chicken breast covered in about 1/4 cup Spinach Florentine. I am 12 weeks post op on Monday. The recipe is on my blog. I couldn't eat it all. And this is the smallest plate I own. Only use small plates and small silverware (I bought toddler sized spoons and forks). I eat 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of less dense proteins and 2 oz max of dense proteins. And only a couple bites of veggies. No bread or crackers or carbs really. Hope that helps!
I dont know how to send pic yet but i eat off of appetizer plate which is about the size of a saucer that a coffee cup sits on. and i dont even eat every thing off this plate. only about 1/2 my eyes are still bigger than my stomach. I also use appetizer size silverware got them at ross not the baby section. Just don't like the idea of eating off baby forks and spoons. They are the size of them but not from the baby section. im only eating 1/4 cup dense protein and 1/2 cup softer protein yogurt example. Im almost 2 1/2 months out.
