I am so sorry for your loss. Remember that you must take care of yourself in order to help others, and you don't want to become ill. I'm very sorry again.

I'm so sorry to hear about you loss. You must take care of yourself, if you are going to be worth anything to your husband and father in law! I would really suggest you drink at least two protein drinks a day until your appetite come back. You have to get that protein in - it is imperative!!!! Then also, just sit down and eat at your scheduled eating times whether you want to eat or not.

It's also okay to feel the grief. Not nice, I know. But you will deal with the loss faster by feeling the pain and depth of your sadness, rather than stuffing those feelings down with food. It's a fringe benefit of the sleeve early out!

Bless you and your family during this difficult time.

I am so sorry for your loss.

Now is a time to just have some low fat cheese sticks and ready made protein shakes around and eat on a schedule.  You don't need the will to eat, just the knowledge that you need to be there and be healthy for your family, and to do that you need to keep the protein in your body.  2 lf cheese sticks = 16 grams protein. Do that 4 times a day and you have 64 grams of protein.  You get what you need without the thought...  Take care of yourself!

Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your dear mother-in-law.  My husband and I were in the same boat four years ago.

I have to echo what others have already said:  you need to get your nutrition and your fluids so that you don't experience your own health crisis.

The first thing that came into my head was this, that your mother-in-law would want you to take care of yourself, in part so that you can take care of your husband, your father-in-law, and others dear to her.  Please do the best you can to feed yourself and maintain your strength-- protein shakes were a great suggestion IMVHO.
