Why doesn't my double chin go away?

I have looked at tons and tons of photos on here and I always notice that one of the first things people lose is their double chins. WTH? After almost 70# gone, mine is saggy and wrinkly and looks worse than ever. UGHHH!!! I bought a new cowel neck sweater to wear on Christmas but I don't want my chin to hang as low as the cowel.

I have been using day time and night time firming cream and doing the exercises where you tilt your head back and try to kiss the ceiling.  Why why why why why won't it go away like everyone else's?  (sorry, I'm in whiner mode today.)

You don't say how old you are, but mine has a little looseness, but it took a while for it to completely go away, I was close to 200 when I realized "hey, the rest of that double chin left".... I'm 37 so I have a little bit of a wrinkle in it from the weight loss. Nothing I am not willing to live with though.

Because we are all different.

My friend is about 200 pounds and carries weight more towards her upper body. She said she has to be around 175-180 before her face is slim. I carried more weight on my lower half and my face got small first.

Keep working on your plan and stay positive. Your loss, journey and experience is unique to you!

I was told the place we dislike the most on our bodies is usually the last place to disappear!  Don't you give up, you'll get there!

Sadly, mine will not go away either. Growing up I always had a double chin even though I weighed 108 all through HS.  For me, it's just the way my face is shaped.

I'm 39 and got rid of 73 lbs, and my waddle is still there too!  Hope it goes away soon too!  Right there with you!

Sound like a deal?

No thank you. I have enough of my own thighs to contend with. Even though I've had to have lost quite a bit of them because I can finally cross my legs.
