Has anyone had issues with taking Calcium. I took it today and it wrecked my system for the whole day....was gassy and felt like I could hardly get anything down
Are u taking the liquid calcium? I just started taking liquid calcium and livid centra vitamin...calcium taste really bad I just drink half sip protein and drink huge rest of calcium... It's chalky
