Sparkling = carbonated, so yup - no sparkling water.

Ditto! My Dr has it as a no no as well. Downer for me some bc I love it. But I accidentally drunk a sip of ginger ale this weekend and immediately knew why carbonated drinks are off limits-awful pain and tightness.

Different docs have different plan.... I'm 7 mos out and my doc said I could have them every once in a while it just all depends on if your body can handle it or not and if it causes you pain.  For me Its all good but I dont want to get in a habit of drinking them so maybe once a week or every other week if that! Good Luckkiss

I tried a sip of 7-Up last week and I too knew exactly why they say no. I felt every bubble and it seemed to last for hours!

I have a carbonated drink (diet coke or sparkling wate) about once or twice a week. It doent make my tummy feel yucky like some people. My "plan" allowes it and it isnt a trigger for me.
