I don't know how I missed it.  I am in here everyday but I just found your recipe cafe on Dr.Cirangle.   I love it.   I am working very hard to stick to a low carb plan.  I follow you and Elina - a big thank you.  You both are playing an instrumental role in my journey. You have touched so many lives.

The bariatric program is very new where I am from.   That being said we have a great medical team that lends support.   Still it is great to have the ideas, supports and RECIPES of those who have been hugely successful.   And I still think you should publish a cookbook - I would love to buy one!
