4 months

At 4 months post Op how much weight did you lose?

(can you also say what you weighed when you started)

Im wondering how i compare to others.. (i know you shouldn't compare) but im curious... :)


I was 4 months on sept 7 (friday)

I was 224.. and im now 169.8 or something like that...

so im down 54 pounds (counting my 2 week pre op diet)

I think I had lost around 80 pounds at 4 months...
I also started at a higher weight/BMI.
You have done outstanding, and I think that you're losing at a really good pace. Keep up the good work :)

Oops sorry.. I weighed 289.

Today makes my 4 month post op. I have lost 62 lbs total. Starting weight 350. Current weight 288.
