OMG I ate an olive
I am nine months out and I ate an olive tonight - not my first one in the last nine months, I have had many, I am a fan of MUFAs - but tonight I am in the worst pain I have been in - this may be worse than surgey - it feels like I have a crate sitting on my chest and I have the foamies - I am trying to get it to come up but it wont and - this is too much pain - it wasn't even from over eating - I have chicken at noon and then two or three olives at 5 PM - this is so awful - how can I get it to stop???

Wow I'm surpized just 2 or 3 olives would do that. They are soft. That is so weird.
