What are you favorite protein meals that can be made in less than 5 minutes???
I'm officially getting off shakes. I miss them most days because the thought of them literally makes me vomit. What are you grab and go items or meals that take less than 5 min to make.
Let me say, yogurt is the devil unless it has fruit in it so no plain greek yogurt... Cottage cheese is gross too unless it has fruit, then I can force it down.
How are you guys with fruits?
Celery and PB?
My goal with this whole post is to get my protein up, not necessarily calories at this point.
Any advice?

Oh my dear - i think you posted this before and I typed out a long list.
Really - you can't go wrong with some plain meat. Get a whole rotisserie chicken, and in 5 minutes, you can shred it and bag it up and have unlimited protein :)
Fruit is not protein but I love it. I limit it to small pre-portioned bags of apple slices because otherwise id consume my daily carb limit just from fruit.
My favorite go to snack is deli meat and cheese - high protein, no cooking, but F the sodium content (im staying away for a couple days lol). String cheese, hard boiled eggs, eggs in general.
Morningstar burgers or other things like that - chicken, beef patties etc - that you can pop in the microwave (though i'm not suggesting you live off frozen food! I still think cooking is important but I'll step off my soap box!)

My favorite is 2 slices of honey ham and spread with laughing cow cheese and roll it up and go. Easy and I can eat while I do my errands uptown.

I like to make a dish that I've ordered at Macaroni Grilll ... Baked Proscuitto & Mozzarella. I just use less marinara sauce. All it is is baby sliced mozzarella wrapped in Proscuitto with some marinara sauce. I prefer to bake it but it takes longer than 5 minutes. It tastes pretty good microwaved too.
It's sooo yummalicous!!!
