Making progress (measurements)
I will be 4 weeks post op tomorrow! I've been losing about a pound a day and some how did not experience the dreaded week three stall...although the scale only changed by 0.4 pounds this morning. I know some people lose faster, but I'm trying not to compare myself. I'm thrilled with my progress so far!
The night before surgery, I took my measurements and I've resisted retaking them until this morning! I'm really pleased with the results so far...especially in my waist!
Inches lost per body part:
Neck 0.5
Chest 1.5
Ribs (under breast) 2.75
Waist 4.5 --- WOW!
Hips 1.75
R bicep 0.75
L bicep 0.5
R thigh 1.5
L thigh 1.0
Tomorrow will be my first day back to work. I can't wait to put a suit on and see how much looser it fits!!

I didn't hit the three week stall. It waited until I was five weeks post-op and then lasted about two weeks. If it happens, just bear down and keep soldiering through. It won't last forever and you'll be back to losing in no time!
