Measurements

Well, I took to advice of the vets and took my measurements. I won't have surgery for another 5-7 months but I figured I'd take them at my highest weight ever.

I start working with the NUT next week so I hope (plan) to drop some lbs before surgery. But until then, here are the numbers in all of their glory:

 Today Neck 14, upper chest 38.5, chest 46, below chest 37.5, stomache 41.5, hips 48, thigh 22, calve 16, ankle 9, upper arm 12, lower arm 9.

You will be glad you took them! Especially when that scale may not consistenly show the drops you expect, you will continue to see the inches lost....you will be amazed at how much you will shrink...I'm still shrinking at 15 months post op even though I'm not seeing scale loss anymore...

I have lost nearly 20 inches off my waist!
