From High Blood Pressure to Low BP??

Yes, at 8 months out post-op, below goal, I was having the same episodes. My PCM did the same BP readings, and my numbers dropped the same each time. Increased fluids, more activity, and wiggling my legs before getting up, and not moving suddenly helped tremendously. I had admittedly cut sodium intake big time to avoid water weight. Well, apparently, sodium is very necessary for our bodies. My labs were stellar except my sodium was a bit low. So, I was instructed to stop cutting sodium, move more, and increase fluids. I still have "low BP" hovering in the 90/50 ranges even in pregnancy. I never had BP issues even at my heaviest weight.
