Pain in muscles in upper legs

I am experiencing extreme pain in my legs.  Sitting is ok but when I get up the pain is so bad.  I do not believe this is related to my exercise.  I feel I may be deficient in something.

Give your surgeon a call - they should be able to narrow it down very quickly!  Sorry I'm no help!

I am expericing the same thing. My doctor said it is the fat breaking down so quickly this is what is causing the pain.  Sometimes I have to take pain pills.  somedays it is worse than others and there is a numbing feeling at times.  Give your doctor a call. but that is what I was told. The pain will stop  soon.

I hope that is what it is.  It is not a cramp but a pain from my hips that radiates down.  If I am standing for a bit, I am ok.  But, getting up after having been sitting is brutal.  I will call my doc today.  Thanks.

I've been getting little cramps in my calves off and on. It's weird for sure. 

Do you have pain radiating down from your butt or hip? I have sciatica - once had an attack so bad I went to the ER. 

Is it joint pain or muscle pain?

You do want to rule out clots - definitely call your surgeon.

It seems like more muscle pain.  I have not been so regular with my vitamins so I am scared that this paim may be the result of that.  Thanks for responding.
