I think I read somewhere that he never meant for that to be made public - probably why the link is no longer active.

I also think that info is copywrited and he doesn't want people who are not his patients to have access to it.

Elina_7 or Frisco or Macmadame can give you the gist of the diet. one of them will prob be along before long...

Won't be me......I don't "Push" my surgeons plan..... Try HolyKims plan.... seems to be effective.......or not.....

Unfortunately for many, he has take the plan off the Internet. It is possible that you might find someone out there with a digital copy, but I don't have it. Sorry.

I bought Dr Alvarez's book online for iPad. There's a whole section devoted to phases in relation to diet.
