hi all
so it has now been 7 months since i had my surgey and i am very pleased with the results thus far..but now im at a stall a 3 week stall but its still a stall... i work out 5 x a week and still eat what im suppose to eat i hardly ever go over 3oz of anything..so my question is how do i kick start the weight loss again. advise would be nice

 I'm still pre-op but i've heard great results have been made by doing the 5 day pouch test (5dpt). Heard its useful if your over 6 months out...should be able to search it on here :)

My suggestion would be to up your protein and up your water.  Keep your calories at your designated range and journal everything so you know you're not missing anything.  Good luck!  This too, shall pass!

if you are following the low carb, low cal, high protein, high water rules then I think you just have to wait it out. YOu'll probably see the scale moving down again any day now. It is so hard to see that number stay the same though so I really feel your pain!

 Thanks to everyone the advise is greatly noted..I am defiantly gonna up my protein and cut out my carbs
