3 month update

Very happy to report 61 lbs being gone as of today! The gym is really paying off and I have learned I ill not lose ONE ounce unless I am moving no matter how low the calorie intake. So, not that I am off work 12 weeks, I plans to kick it into super high gear with the work outs. Variation seems to be the key. For me it is a combo of Zumba, cycling (on the actual road, not a gym bike), swimming and the eliiptical.

If you are debating a workout today, JUST DO IT! I know motivation is hard to find some days. I try to think about how comfy the bed is and just get up. I don't want to go back to my old ways, that's for sure!

Good for you! I am doing the same thing - moving! I have always walked a lot but since surgery I have tried zumba and went golfing last night for the first time in 20 years. It suprisingly burns a lot of calories. Keep up the good work!

Way to go! You're going to have a fabulous summer! I'm so jealous.  My grandson age 8 always asks me when I get summer vacation. I wish!
