Does anyone have First Health Network Insur?

I have First Health Network Insurance through Performance contractors. I am HOPING that they will cover bariactric surgery, preferrably the sleeve. If you also have this company, please tell me about it. And also, please tell me why you guys prefer or don't prefer the sleeve. I have researched the complete gastric bypass and only began research on the sleeve today. Thanks , ladies and gentlemen. :)

 I have different insurance but the main reasons I am choosing the sleeve is because the complication rates are drastically lower than the bypass, there is no rerouting my intestines and because the bypass is malabsorption and I do not want to switch my prescription meds for a cabinet full of vitamins. Those were the three main reasons for me. 

 I used to have First Health a few years ago and when I checked, they did not cover any bariatric surgery at all - have you called them to check? That should be your first step! Good luck!
