Natural Vitality Organic Life

I like this one because it is known to be easy on the stomach and because it offers a lot of organic and digestable minerals.....now, it does not contain an extra supplement of iron...so if you need more, you will have to take separately....

and then I also use a liquid calcium

I use Flintstones Complete.  If you use them, be sure it's the Complete version - not gummy or extra C, etc - just the Complete version of the regular chewables.

Works for me - my lab results were so good at my 4 month check in that they had me scale them back to only once per day.  And they taste as good as they did when we were kids.

Good luck on your vitamin search!

Surgeon recommended Flintstone Complete, but 4 per day, along with  2 Caltrate 600 D, Vitamin B12 sublingual and prescription iron.
I've taken the Flintstone Complete for years and they have done well for me.

Oh Aimee - I'm so with you on the nastiness of the BA multi's!!! I used to like them but whew now they make me gag and I have about a gajillion left in the bottle

I'd love some bland multivitamins so I'll be stalking this thread waiting to hear of some like that!

Oh, I HATED the Bariatic Advantage multi's too!  My NUT gave me a bag full of samples and I liked the orange Celebrate so that's what I bought.  I actually look forward to eating it!
