YET ANOTHER PROTEIN QUESTION
Ok-So I have ALOT of trouble meeting my protein requirements. I just cannot do meat and cheese. It is too much for me still at this point.
So my question is........
If I drink my protein and meet my daily requirements, does it really matter that I only eat mostly vegetables, fruit and the occasional yogurt?
