B: coffee w/ creamer and sf choc syrup (first time I made it like this; it was just ok)
S: small piece mint brownie (see my earlier "slow learner" post)
L: 3 oz leftover sirloin
S: greek yogurt
S: 2 ww string cheese (before volleyball)
D: grilled chicken salad

water: 46 done, 34 (or more) to go
vites: done
exercise: 1 hr volleyball tonight

B: One cup coffee with one tsp sugar( I really wish I could find a replacement for the sugar         that      I liked)  and one tsp creamer hour later an Atkins Advantage Cafe Caramel Shake
L: Chicken of the Sea to go cup chunk light tuna, 2tbs balsamic vinagrette, 1/2oz of baby spinach
S: Sauteed veggies with 2oz chicken
S: to be determined, i'm liking the turkey pepporoni w/ cojack cheese these days

Water: 44oz done, trying to get to 64
vits: done
exercise: 1 mile jog/walk, 30 mins p90x

S: no sugar added fruit popsicle

Exercise: none today, I had my first day of boot camp yesterday and my body HURTS!!!!

Vits: good
Water: good

I haven't had my sleeve yet(tentative date is June 14th pending insurance approval) but I just read your menu for the day and this sounds like something my typical day would be like:-)

B: 2 eggs; 1/4 C shredded Cheese
S: 1 Scoop Jay Robb Vanilla Protein; 2 Scoops Click Protein
L: 1/2 Flatout Fold It; 1 oz Deli Turkey; 1/2 oz Cheddar; 1/2 tsp Mayo; 1 cup grapes (took about 30 minutes to eat)
S: 2 Tbsp Hummus; 10 Kashi Crackers
D: Thai Turkey Wraps (wrapped in lettuce leaves)
S: 1/8 of a Quiche (Stonewall Tomato and Mozz egg white quiche)

8 Months Out

Water: 80oz
Vites: DONE
Exercise: 45 minutes elliptical; 15 minutes stair climber; 30 min dog walk
Protein: 110 Grams

D=1/2 morning star chicken patty, 1tbs hummas, 2tbs salsa

Never have trouble with fluids always over 64oz  by a large amount

I jealous that you have no issues with fluids at less than a month out!! Everyday is a battle for me and I am 4.5 months out!!

I would say fluids cant stand water
 green tea 8oz G2 4 oz still working on the fluids is crazy i use to love water
exercise walking
