BURP! How long does this last?

 Seems like I have to burp after every little bite or every sip...and goes on for a while after as well. Only 3 weeks out...just curious.

It does improve.

A TMI count-your-blessings thing: I have never burped. I get the gas. It goes down, not up. Less than charming.

I was sleeved the same day as u....i burp all the time...its kinda embarrassing!!!! Lol I was also hoping this will eventually go away!!!!!! i have 3 boys & they are actually looking at me like im nuts! we all no how boys & burping go together.

Early out I hicupped when I was filling my sleeve a bit too much.  Now at 2+ years out I sneeze if I eat too much.  My Sleeve tells me when I'm done.

I hiccup too...and I sneeze twice when I am full too!!  I'm only 3 1/2 months out.  I thought I was the only one who sneezed.  It's good to know that someone else does this too!  My husband calls my belly the frog because that's what my burping sounds like.  Burps without opening your mouth.  Just noise from air in my throat.  Not a true belch. 

I got better for me after about 4-6 weeks, but if I eat too fast or too much I still burp.  I was just talking to someone who is 6 month out this morning and she still burps alot.  I guess it's different for everyone.

 Haha!  I guess this wasn't in the brochure !  

I'm getting close to my 2 year mark and still have this issue. I have little growl/burps all day long. I learned to deal with it...not sure if this will go away. And I'm starting to think it has something to do with reflux/acid problems...because I have those too.

It's funny you say this because it seems that alot of people have a full sign and mine tends to be a burp when I know it is time to put down the fork.  At a little over a year out, I still burp and take it as a sign to stop eating.  Seems to work and usually happens at just the right amount of food, lol.  You will get use to it.

My burping did get better when it came to the eating and sipping BUT now at almost 4 months out I'm having major gas (both ends) at all times. I don't know why or how but I've never had this ever.
