Well I have met 2 of my Top Five Goals this month of March. First, I am no longer Super Morbidly Obese but just Morbidly obese (hmm whoever thought that would be fun to say). Secondly, I am no longer in the 300's. When I walk across the second floor of my house it no longer sounds like "thunder". I am down from a 30/32 to very baggy 24's and really need to think about some 22's. I figure that I can use belts for a while longer to save the cash. My 4x shirts are all falling off of my shoulders too.

I feel great! I love to sweat at the gym (more sweat, more satisfaction), and I am so much more active in my yard and life!

Next goal is to break 250!

Isnt' it the best feeling int the world?? I was so glad to bid the 300s goodbye! LIke you, I am looking at 250 as my next goal.

Wow, Congrats. Keep up the good work!! BTW, I can't wait to get into the gym!! I absolutely LOVE the elliptical.

Yay!! I am so happy for you! I couldn't belive it when I broke the 200's . I had to laugh, I did the same thing when I wasn't categorized as Super Morbidly Obese anymore. You are doing so well and it is something to be very proud of. Keep up the good work. I wish I had your enthusiasm for going to the gym. Onward to 250!
