I am having a REALLY hard time getting in everything I need to right now. I believe that I am well hydrated as my skin bounces back, I urinate regularly, and it is light in color. Yes, TMI :)

DO liquids from shakes, etc. COUNT toward the 64oz of fluids?

Yes...don't be too worried if it takes a few weeks to get your alloted amount of fluids in. It's hard at first with the swelling. It gets better daily.

deffinately! shakes, soup, any liquid counts... even jello counts as liquid!
