My niece the chef

Here is a link to my niece, Chef Cassie, who appears on the local morning news in Mobile Alabama in a segment they call "Coastal Cooking".  She is really into eating and cooking healthy.  She helped me through the hardest time, full liquids & soft stage.  She prepared me this quinoa dish that she cooked on the show this morning and it is great.  If you have never tried quinoa, look it up.  It is loaded with protein!  Here is the link to the video:
