Protein skakes

I found another way to get my protein shakes down. I started drinking a chocolate protein shake yesterday when a friend called and wanted to meet me somewhere, so I placed the shake in the freezer. When I got back home, I took it out of the freezer and began to eat it like ice cream. I like the shake frozen more than I do as a drink. Give it a try, what the heck!

I don't have a problem drinking the shakes but I love the idea for a change of pace!

When I make my protein shakes, about half the milk that I use in them has already been frozen in an ice cube tray, so when blended up it comes out as a nice thick shake, the thickness of which can be varied by the amount of frozen vs liquid milk - you can make it drinkable or spoonable soft serve.
