portion sizes and when did it start to increase

I am nearly 7, months out and up until a week ago with dense meat its always been about one ounce well now I notice I can eat about 3 ounces and I guess im worried it seems like its all the sudden. I know its no where near what I used to but I guess im afraid.

What are you guys able to eat and when did u notice the increase.

I don't remember exact timeframes , but it still varies. If 1 oz of dense protein leaves you hungry, don't be afraid of having more . I would think 2-3 would be closer to the norm at 7 months out. The protein isn't a problem food. It's the carbs you need to pay the most attention to when increasing your portions.

I weigh my food, and always have 2.5 oz of protein... Dense or not.  The rest goes to veggies.  I just eat slowly to ensure I don't overdo it.  But I weigh to make sure I don't stretch things out or get sick.

I am almost 4 months out and can eat 3-4 oz. Chicken etc...

i am almost 9 months out and can eat about 4 ounces of chicken. about 2 ounces of steak (the steak doesnt go down as well)  I suddenly was able to eat about 3 ounces of chicken at about 7 months out too. I was afraid i stretched my stomach. But its normal for you to be able to eat a little more now., But dont be worried, the protein is good for you. As long as your not increasing portions on the bad foods.
