Hopefully Over the Stall

It has been 4 weeks since I was sleeved and 2.5 weeks since I lost any weight.  Today the scale moved down 1 lb - YAY!!!

I also stalled at 2 weeks and I think it lasted about 2 or 3 weeks. Stay focused and remember to drink, protein first and chew chew chew.

I'm frustrated.  I'm 6 weeks post op and have only lost 20 lbs total.  10 lbs before surgery and 10 lbs post op.  So annoyed.

I had my surgery the same day as you and I am only down 25 lbs.  I am really frustrated too.  I have gone through a week and a half twice with no weight loss already.  I wish I knew what to do.
