ticker not working - how do I fix it?

For some reason my ticker is not updating. This has never happened before. I've tried re-entering info and rebooting my computer and nothing is helping. Anybody out there that has had this problem and can recommend a fix? I would sure appreciate it!

Sometimes you have to do a refresh/reload in your browser to replace the saved version stored locally.
